Tiny Village Events

Professional on-site childcare for weddings, quinceañeras, corporate events, and celebrations. We set up, supervise, and clean up so you can enjoy the day. Includes soft play, activities, and background-checked caregivers.

From $450 + Setup

Tiny Village Sleepovers

Fully styled slumber party setups with themed teepees, comfortable bedding, fairy lights, and movie projector. You supervise; we handle logistics. Magical, memorable, stress-free.

For Families

After you tell us about your family and needs, we hand-pick vetted candidates from our network for you to interview. Once you choose your match, we handle the details and stay involved with 6 months of ongoing support.
Our placement fee is 15% of the nanny's first-year gross salary. This covers our full vetting, matching, onboarding, and 6-month support — with a replacement guarantee if your placement doesn't work out within that window.
Every caregiver goes through background checks, reference verification, and an interview process. We confirm experience and credentials such as CPR/First Aid certification before they ever join our network.
Tiny Village caregivers are W-2 employees, not contractors. That means we handle payroll, taxes, and compliance — so you don't have to worry about the legal and tax responsibilities of being a household employer.
We serve the South Bay and greater Los Angeles area. If you're unsure whether you're in our service area, just reach out and we'll let you know.
For events, our background-checked caregivers come on-site to set up, supervise, and clean up so you can enjoy the day. Sleepovers are a styled setup service — we deliver and set up themed teepees, bedding, and décor; parents provide supervision during the party.

For Nannies

Just fill out the application in our Nannies section with your experience, certifications, and availability. We review every application and reach out within 5 business days.
You'll be a W-2 employee of Tiny Village. We handle payroll and taxes, so you're properly covered and supported.
Current CPR/First Aid certification is strongly preferred. If yours is expired or you're willing to get certified, let us know on your application — we still want to hear from you.
